3. Counter-notification

- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
4. Repeat infringers
The Company will terminate access or services to users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
5. Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith.
